Town of Manchester Memberships
A facility pass is required and allows use of the recreation centers, outdoor pools, indoor pools, and the Community "Y" Fitness Center (age appropriate).
A facility pass is for Manchester, CT residents only. A valid government issued ID is required to prove residency upon purchase and renewal. You must be present when purchasing a membership as photos will be taken at the time of purchase and renewal. Adult, Youth, and Senior facility passes can be purchased at Center Springs Lodge and the Community Y Rec Center.
*Senior citizen passes are available for purchase at the Manchester Senior Center. In addition to the access outlined above, they're also valid for the Manchester Senior Center and Senior Center programming.
Youth
Youth passes are a free pass to give Manchester, CT youth full access to Manchester’s recreation centers, outdoor pools, and indoor pools - when they're open and available. Passes are valid for one year (rolling from the date of purchase) and available in a digital format. This digital card does require renewal annually. Please note that photos will still be taken at the time of purchase for our records and proper identification when visiting our centers and pool facilities.
*Youth facility passes do not provide access to public libraries, library cards must be obtained separately, directly from the Manchester Public Libraries.*
